Lynn oversees programs that teach financial empowerment, monetization strategies, and sustainable wealth-building through AI tools and intellectual property planning by providing learning opportunities through her New W.E.A.L.T.H University®. She serves as a public-facing thought leader in financial empowerment, especially for creators, entertainers, and mission-driven professionals in the AI era.
Dr. Lynn Richardson is a distinguished author, entertainment executive, celebrity financial coach, ordained minister, and founder of New WEALTH University® She brings decades of experience in finance, media, education, and creative empowerment to her role as CFIO.
With nearly thirty years in financial services and credit education, Lynn has helped countless clients transition from debt to sustainable wealth. She began her career as a financial aid counselor, later rising to leadership roles in mortgage lending and corporate banking, closing over $100 million in home loans within her early years.
Lynn is also the President/CEO of MC Lyte’s Hip Hop Sisters Foundation and the President/COO of MC Lyte’s Sunni Gyrl entertainment and celebrity management enterprise—where she oversees artist development, brand strategy, empowerment initiatives, and scholarship programs. She also founded Eliminating Excuses, where she provided guidance on effective communication and empowered leaders to address difficult conversations with clarity and confidence. Sheila's blend of operational precision and human-centered leadership equips Sheila to manage coordination across teams, elevate internal processes, and maintain high standards of accountability. Her presence reinforces the integrity, excellence, and discipline that define the MillerAI Global experience.
